Domestic violence has increased in both frequency and severity during the past two years. Hope and healing are possible through donations such as yours.

Every survivor and their specific journey to safety is unique. What is often similar is the incredible strength and determination of survivors in their desire to create a better life for themselves and their children. Each day, many survivors take another step towards independence and freedom, working closely with Women’s Center & Shelter’s caring advocates in one or more of our comprehensive programs and services.

“I am very thankful for all of the staff, and everything they did to help my son and me along our journey here. We are forever grateful to everyone.”

WC&S served 7,525 adults and children experiencing domestic violence during our last fiscal year through programs and services such as:

  • Support groups
  • Hotline services
  • Emergency shelter (with a space for beloved pets)
  • Legal and medical advocacy
  • Education and outreach
  • Children’s advocacy program
  • Individual counseling
  • ...and more.

We are grateful for every single donation. Your gifts have allowed us to serve survivors of domestic violence and their children throughout the most challenging of times. And, together with this amazing community, we will continue to do so into the future.

WC&S MISSION: We will strengthen our ability to meet the individual and evolving needs of those affected by domestic violence by investing in the growth of our people, deepening community engagement, and amplifying the voices of all survivors.
